If you can’t find the answer to your question below, make sure you contact us!
What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
They vary a lot depending on where you live unfortunately. Delivery charges are calculated in the basket or at checkout based on the weight of your order and where you live. We don't currently have shipping prices honed in for every country, therefore if the costs seem extortionate, please contact us and we will confirm how accurate they are.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
Most credit and debit cards via Stripe, and within the UK, direct bank transfer.
Are my credit card details safe?
Yes. Your card details are sent directly from your web browser to Stripe, who process the transaction, then inform us if it succeeded. Your card details are never transmitted to our servers and we do not have access to them in any way. If you choose to save your card for future use, we still do not ever see your card details, as they are saved with Stripe. Stripe are one of the major card processing companies, and provide services to many other companies, such as Kickstarter, Indigogo, Shopify, Facebook, Pintrest, and Lyft, amongst many others.
How long will delivery take?
Once your order has been manufactured it will be shipped out. Shipping within the UK should take approximately 3 working days, countries within Europe and North America are 10-15 working days. Contact us for delivery information to other countries, as it gets very complicated!
What exactly happens after ordering?
After you place an order we order in the appropriate materials if you are using something exotic, this can take up to a week, we keep a stock of our standard materials though. If your order requires design work, we will send you a set of proofs to check before we cut your order
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, you will also an itemised order summary from us when you order is placed, and an invoice when your order is completed and shipped.
